Tentacle Potion, alternatively translated Tentacle Medicine, is one of the magical potions first described in Monster Girl Encyclopedia I and later in Monster Girl Encyclopedia World Guide III.

Developed based on the results of researching the tentacle plants that exist in mamono realms (p. 228), this medicine can temporarily change a human man into tentacles.
